The goal of this organization is to

to accept people where they are at.

to recognize that everyone has strengths.

to listen to what people are really saying.

to encourage people to define their own needs and make their own decisions.

Not everyone wants or needs to be a leader.

they are honest with people about the Centre's limitations; and do not raise expectations unfairly.

to communicate openly and honestly at all times.
They have organized manyevents involving the youth. To mention a few would be:
